30-Day Happiness Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

To start a return or refund request, email support@plushstore.ca with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Please note: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your plush arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
